2. Description of Service

LumaiScope is an AI-powered product research platform for Amazon sellers. The Service provides tools for trend discovery, keyword research, product validation, listing generation, competitive analysis, and related e-commerce research. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and research purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Limited access to core features with usage caps as described on our pricing page.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal use
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output
Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or access controls
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's security

6. Data and Content

Your Data: You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (keywords, product information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service's functionality.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features (listings, analyses, recommendations) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it in your business.

Third-Party Data: Product data, pricing, reviews, and market information displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party APIs and public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

7. Disclaimers

Not Financial or Business Advice: The Service provides research tools and AI-generated insights. It does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or investment advice. Product recommendations, profit estimates, and market analyses are for informational purposes only.

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in successful product launches, sales, or profits on Amazon or any other marketplace.

Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaiScope and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by LumaiScope. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
